ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

At our warehouse, the processing times for each item in your order may vary. For most in-stock orders, you can expect them to be shipped within 3-5 business days after placing your order, unless otherwise specified on our website.

It's important to mention that we do not ship orders on weekends or on the following US holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. If your order is shipped via USPS, it will also not be shipped on holidays observed by the US Postal Service, such as President’s Day and Martin Luther King Day, among others.

CANCEL OR INCORRECT ADDRESS

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. However, if you discover an issue with the shipping address, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. It's important to note that while we will make every effort to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee that they can be made.
