Log into your DraftKings or Golden Nugget account: Click on the account icon in the top right-hand corner.

Add Items to Your Cart: Browse through the items and add the desired ones to your shopping cart.

Redeem Crowns: Once your items are in the cart, proceed to checkout where you can use your crowns to either cover the entire order amount or reduce the total order cost.

• Select the "Pay with Crowns" option.
• On Mobile, you will need to select "Show" next to your order summary at the bottom of the checkout page

Choose Redemption Value: You have two options for redeeming crowns:

• Quick Apply: Choose one of the preset values offered.
• Custom Value: Enter a specific amount in either crowns or USD (the system will handle the conversion for you).

Apply Crowns to Order: Click the "Apply to Order" button to apply the selected crown value to your order total.

Checkout: Proceed with the checkout process to finalize your order.

Order Confirmation: Complete the checkout, and you will receive an order confirmation.

If you're experiencing issues redeeming crowns, a common solution is to log out of your Shop Pay account and try again. To log out of Shop Pay on the DraftKings Shop, follow these steps:

1. Click on the account icon in the top right-hand corner.

2. Select "Log Out" to sign out of your Shop Pay account.

3. Once logged out, clear your browser's cache and cookies to ensure a fresh start.

4. Log in using your DraftKings or Golden Nugget account and attempt to redeem your crowns again.

5. If you are still not seeing the ability to discount with crowns, please navigate to the checkout page. If you see that Shop Pay is still enabled, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select "Checkout as Guest". This will sign you out of Shop Pay, and the ability to discount with crowns will appear.
