PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY

The promotional offer is valid between 12/16/2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 5/31/2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). PROFIT BOOST REDEMPTION

Customers who successfully redeem their subscription will be entitled to receive an unlimited number of ‘Every Parlay Bet’ Profit Boosts (the “Tokens”). Tokens will be individually issued to customers upon building Qualifying Bets. To be issued a Token, customers must build a parlay bet with at least two (2) legs on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market (the “Qualifying Bet”). Qualifying Bet legs must have a minimum of -500 odds or longer (-500, -300, +125, etc.). All parlays (same game parlays, same game parlay extras, traditional parlays), except Progressive Parlays, are eligible Qualifying Bets. All other bet types are excluded. Cashed-out bets and voided bets will void the Tokens an you will not receive a profit boost. Bets placed with bonus rewards (including but not limited to Bonus Bets, Odds Boosts/Surges, Profit Boosts, etc.) are not valid.Each Token will boost Qualifying Bet profit up to 100% depending on the number of legs added to the Qualifying Bet. For each additional leg added to your Qualifying Bet, increase your profit boost percentage:

- 2 Legs: 10% Boost
- 3 Legs: 20% Boost
- 4 Legs: 30% Boost
- 5 Legs: 40% Boost
- 6 Legs: 50% Boost
- 7 Legs: 60% Boost
- 8 Legs: 70% Boost
- 9 Legs: 80% Boost
- 10 Legs: 90% Boost
- 11 Legs: 100% Boost

To receive the applicable profit boost, customers must select the Token in their betslip BEFORE placing their Qualifying Bet. Maximum Profit Boost of 100%. To receive the maximum boost, your Qualifying Bet must have 11+ legs

PROFIT BOOST LIMITATIONS

Tokens expire at the end of each Subscription Period. Tokens do not carry over from one Subscription Period to the next Subscription Period. Qualifying Bet must be placed using cash from your cash balance or DK Dollars. Maximum bet of $25 per Token.Tokens are single-use and have no cash value. Token must be applied after building your Qualifying Bet, and BEFORE placing the Qualifying Bet. Profit boost is calculated on and only applies to net winnings (total payout less Qualifying Bet amount). Subject to any maximum bet limitations, there are no restrictions on the funds a customer will receive if their bet wins. Paid bets settled using the "Cash Out" feature will void the profit boost. Tokens may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets.

DRAFTKINGS+ SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

DraftKings+ Subscription is a service that provides you with access to promotional offerings, bonus rewards, new tools and/or features, and/or other content (the “Service”). The DraftKings Subscription Terms and Conditions governs all aspects of your purchase, access, and use of the Service. Access to the Service is provided via your online DraftKings Sportsbook account.

UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICE BEFORE YOUR NEXT BILLING CYCLE, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO CHARGE THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE FOR THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE TO THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE.

The current subscription fee is $19.99 per month. This means that unless you cancel prior to the end of your free trial period, you will be charged $19.99 for an additional Subscription Period (30 days). GENERAL TERMS

Limit one (1) free trial redemption per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings's sole discretion. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the DraftKings Sportsbook app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all.
